okay so reallly i lost about 8 lbs after starting the bodybugg, i screwed off in june and half of july and gained back 5 of them...arrgghhhh today is a very big fat day. i am doing a cleanse and last night i ate way to many treats and didnt take the cleanse night pills. so i took them today. i am blaming them for my bloated feeling....

so fridays my hubby and i have been doing double duty. spin for 40 min then body pump for 50. it was a killer and felt soo good.

but today, sat, we did boot camp. i love boot camp. you never know what you are going to get. today i want to remember some of the workout because i could do it on my own:

warm up was ladders and running sprints then high knees, then jump squats and lunges

the routine was:
30 sec each:
side pushups
dead man lifts
step ups one leg
squat jumps
legg thrusts

1 min jumprope and bike

then do again with the other side for pushups and step ups

followed by bike and jump rope for min each

30 sec:
side bends
plank
burpies
pushups
full sit ups
jump lunges

followed by one min bike and jump rope then repeat

it was good. i am tired.
